About this apartment rental
Enjoy beautiful beach views from both bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room of this recently renovated two bedroom unit on the second floor. The beach view faces west for spectacular sunsets.
This two bedroom unit, both bedrooms and living room with a balcony, includes updated master bathroom with a shower and second bathroom with a tub/shower. The master bedroom has a new king size Nectar foam mattress, bedroom 2 has a double size Murphy bed and a single Murphy bed. Fold them up out of the way to work as a dual space office. The living room has a queen sleeper. TV's in the living room and Bedroom 2. Maximum occupancy is 4.
The kitchen has new appliances with a quartz countertop and a bar area. Laundry facilities are available on each floor of the building. HD cable TV channels, WiFi, beach chairs are also included.
The property features a large pool area, grilling area, common kitchen, meeting room, library and direct access to the beach. The sandy crescent beach is one of the best in Florida. There are many fine restaurants and grocery stores within 1-2 miles of the property.
Please note there is an association application fee of $150 with a minimum 30 day approval period. Rental periods are a minimum of 30 days. Offseason 45 day rental periods are acceptable. January through March is a 3 month rental period.

This condo on Marco Island beach is spectacular!!!
The condo is beautifully decorated. The entire condo is updated and very well furnished. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The master has a king bed with plenty of room and very comfortable.
The spare bedroom has Murphy beds to be tucked away to give you more room if you want it. This worked well for me as I worked from the condo with a beautiful view of the beach. The only drawback is the spare bedroom did not have adequate hanging closet space.
The bathrooms are nicely updated and spacious. Love the master shower. Plenty of closet space for your stay.
The living room has a very comfortable couch and great reclining chair for those times you just want to lay back and relax.
The view is amazing and the sunsets are spectacular. The balcony is very long and plenty of room to sit out and enjoy the view of Marco's amazing beach with enough chairs for 4-people.
The building is great and the people there are very friendly.
If you get a chance to rent this condo for a month, I would recommend it.
We will certainly be back again.
