About this apartment rental
This is an end unit beachfront 2 bed 2 bath condo with breath taking views. It is located in the Tradewinds building on beautiful Marco Island. The balcony faces directly towards the beach and Gulf, you even get a pool view. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen. WiFi, cable, Blu-Ray player, linens, towels, and beach equipment. You have a semi-private board walk out to the beach and Gulf. The building is directly on the beach, so you are minutes away from your toes in the sand. The unit has 1 covered parking spot there is laundry in the building. The building also has a pool, a place to wash your car, BBQ grill, social room, and complementary WiFi in the lobby. Tradewinds has an activities calendar and they offer, beach yoga, playing bridge and Texas Holdem, Mahjong, Bocce Ball, Bingo Cribbage, Water aerobics, BBQ's, Sunset Gatherings every night, and parties and events throughout the year. There is an application fee of $100 per adult.

Well kept property, easy access on each floor to laundry and trash disposal. Everything one needs in kitchen, bath, and bedding. This is a quiet end unit with south view windows of beach in each bedroom. Master bedroom and living room has sliding doors to balcony with west view of gulf!

Spent February on Marco. Unit was perfect for two adults. Spare room would also be suitable for two children.

We really enjoyed our stay. And the sunsets were fabulous.
Our only issue was that the master bedroom had a queen sized bed - not a king as advertised. We paid a lot of money for my husband to sleep on the couch for a month. I understand the lsiting has been fixed now. But that was not much help to us.
Otherwise this was a GREAT condo and we loved our trip.
