This stunning ocean-view 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo situated on the 6th floor offers you luxurious and comfortable living experience in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. Open floor plan with living, dining room and kitchen offer stunning and beautiful views of the ocean and Halifax river. Recently updated with new paint, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms. TV's and appliances.
Living room has large oversized plush reclining loveseat and 2 reclining chairs. Enjoy your favorite show or sporting event on the brand new 75" Samsung Smart TV with sound bar. Or walk outside onto your private patio and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The primary has beautiful brand new white king size bedroom furniture including comfortable king size mattress. Includes beautiful view of ocean from the bedroom window. Primary also has new 43' smart TV and 2 large closets. Primary bath has tub/shower combo with new updated vanity and mirror.
Secondary bedroom has 2 brand new twin bed sets including new orthopedic mattress. Large closet and 40" TV with quick connect HDMI for easy gaming hook up.
Kitchen has updated appliances including new Keurig coffee maker with optional single K cup or full pot. New dishes and silverware
Condo is located right across from street from the drive down beach ramp. Condo includes beach wagon, chairs and some beach toys. Publix is 2 miles away. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well as putt putt , Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Daytona area attractions.

This condo well exceeded our expextations. It is even better than the pictures. Its very beautifuly decorated with modern tasteful furniture and decor. Everything was updated and redone last year so its like a new condo. Its in a great safe neighborhood and close enough to the beach. Just have to walk across the road and down the ramp. Even for someone with limited mobility it was doable. The view from the master bedroom and front balcony are of the atlantic. The view from the 2nd bedroom and the back balcony are of the Halifax river. We watched spectacular fireworks all along the river from the back balcony on July 4th. It was awesome! Pool is very clean and usually not alot of people in it. Alot of the people at this condo complex are residents so its not overwhelmed with renters. Quiet and laid back place not wild or loud. We couldnt have asked for more in a place to stay.

Property was very clean and conveniently located right across the street from Daytona Beach. We enjoyed the front balcony with views of the ocean and the seating area by the condo unit over looking the Halifax River. The hosts have everything you need in the condo! Will be back!
