(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were in town for a dance competition and the condo was great for that. Easy beach access. Excellent and comfortable decorations in the condo. Awesome view. Parking was easy. Condo staff cleaning the common areas every day. Will be back.

The condo was clean and well maintained and decorated. The view was wonderful. The parking was convenient. The building common places were cleaned every day. A nice bonus was the beach access is in a no motorized zone.

During a stay beginning Monday, April 7th, a guest contacted the property management via VRBO to report that only two beach towels were provided for three guests in an oceanfront unit. The initial response claimed beach towels weren’t included and suggested purchasing or renting them locally.However, a call from a staff member named Kate on April 8th clarified that Vacasa does provide beach towels and offered a unit change, which was declined. Towels were not delivered until late April 9th, just before their scheduled checkout on April 11th.Meanwhile, another group renting nearby through Premier received advance notice about ongoing construction, a 50-per-night credit, and fully stocked beach amenities—highlighting a contrast in service.Additional issues included broken beach chairs, disruptive construction noise, and an uncomfortable master bed, prompting concerns about the lack of quality checks before units are rented.
