This very stylish, sun filled, Darren Jessop architecturally designed single level cedar bach truly is your 'home away from home,' with every amenity you require to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing break.
All the bach fixtures,fittings,and European appliances are of a very high standard.
Only a 3 minute easy walk to the beach-Located at 'The Dunes' at the newer southern end of Omaha and opposite beach access way 17.
The electronic opening Louvretec roof and large sliding aluminium shutters create privacy and shade whenever desired along the entertaining side of the bach.
The outdoor room has a Infratec heater and selectable LED coloured mood lighting for ambiance!The indoor-outdoor flow is absolutely perfect for dining and your social gatherings.
This fantastic sun filled bach also has a dedicated home theatre room with a huge 114" wide screen and brilliant 9.1 cinema surround sound. Perfect for relaxing in the evenings or on rainy days.
There is also a TV in the Master bedroom.
If you like to listen to music bring your iPhone to stream your own music library via blue tooth.
The kitchen is very well appointed,including a 'Vintec' dual temp wine fridge for storing both your red and white wines.
The master bedroom has an ensuite which connects to the main bathroom. It's equipped with both a free standing bath and a shower with a lovely ceiling mounted 'rain head' so you can relax and wash away that city stress!
Outside on the large deck there is both a Dedon 'Love Pod' and also a Dedon 'Ying Yang'.
Both of which are comfortable enough to fall asleep on while listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach!
After a relaxing day at the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower- great for kids and sandy feet!
