Bedroom 3 has 2 king singles, and bedroom 4 includes a king single bed and bunk set. In addition to the master ensuite, a family bathroom plus an additional guest toilet servicing the remaining rooms - this is a brilliant set up for friends and family to holiday in comfort!
This is the perfect base to return to after days exploring everything on offer in the region - visit the famous Matakana Markets, head to the local vineyards, or visit the beautiful beaches nearby. The property is exactly as shown in photos not a lot of room outside for the dog but it has a small fenced area so ok for little dogs. Very close to other houses but is quiet will need the car to get supplies. Surprised only one tv but loads of games for kids. Nice beds but a little hard. For the price it’s very expensive as just stayed at Waiheke and got a heated swimming pool and spa included for almost the same price Matakana is expensive and no beach views or country outlook. We stayed for anniversary weekend and it was lovely but very expensive for what it provides.
