Spacious, sunny, and family-ready. Welcome to your peaceful escape in Mangawhai. Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits on a beautiful 9-acre lifestyle block with wide rural views, loads of space to play, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Whether you're here to explore Te Arai, unwind with family, or enjoy a bit of both, this is the ideal base. We're a just 2 minutes drive from Mangawhai Village and under 10 minutes to the Heads, Te Arai and Forestry beaches.
The home is light-filled and positioned perfectly for all-day sun, with large windows framing stunning countryside views. The open-plan living area is ideal for groups and families. Cook in the full-sized kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage), then relax in the lounge with a smart TV for movie nights or kid-friendly downtime.
Step outside and you'll find a generous deck area with comfy outdoor furniture and a large BBQ. It’s a great spot for morning coffees or relaxed dinners while the kids run free.
