The property is well fenced, however, there is a pond at the back of the property that is not fenced. Please take this into consideration before you book if you have children.

POOL: The pool has auto-close gates but you must ensure they close securely behind you and you must not prop them open at any time.

SPA: The spa must have the lid securely fastened and the steps pulled away from the spa when not in use.
