Elegant studio proche Palais des Festivals

AC was working well. Location is great. It was a good stay!

Perfect location, it is small but has everything needed, comfortable bed, good bathroom, very nice host too.

There was a lot of noise from construction working during the night so that was not ideal to sleep. It happens unfortunately nobody can predict it. They could leave some suggestions for places to eat, but in general really nothing to complain about the place itself.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable for one or two, perfect host servis and I will definetely come back.

Alexandra and Joan were absolutely wonderful hosts! The room was exactly as shown in the pictures on the website, clean, functional, and it felt brand new. The location was perfect, incredibly close to the Palais des Festivals. Since this was a business trip, the proximity made my daily commute effortless. I want to especially thank them for keeping their prices fair and reasonable during the festival period. Unlike the outrageous prices usually charged during this time, their fairness was deeply appreciated. It means a lot, as not everyone working during the festival has an unlimited budget. Thank you so much for everything! If I visit Cannes again, I will definitely choose to stay in this apartment. 10/10!
