Location,location!!! Near to all areas especially the water. Right outside the back door down a flight of stairs!
Could use a little maintenance and TLC. Everything works but is a bit worn. WiFi is in need of help a very poor signal

Loved the location and water access in back of property. It was super clean & comfortable. Plenty of room for our group.
Didn’t feel the 4:00 pm check in (no option of early check in was disappointing with the added fact we had a 9:00 am check out. With that late of check in we felt a later check out should be offered!

Excellent location , property was clean
Bathroom shower door did not close old rusted and would be great to also have water views from the house if could trim trees as have to walk down to water line platform

individual AC in bedrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, well equipped kitchen (dishes, plates, glasses that all matched) comfortable beds, linen and bath towels included, 2 parking spots, internet, tv, outside decks (but mosquitos), steps to creek so kids could look for crabs in the sand. Comfy house, like being at home.
some downstairs windows with screens couldn’t be opened to get a draft. NB: the “ beach” is not an actual swimming one but is a great place for kayaking and canoeing and hunting for crabs
