The house is beautiful, the basement offered a lot (table tennis, small pool table, fussball) for niece and nephew. Everything was in great shape and a minor issue was immediately taken care of.
The house is a 15 minute walk away from a place you could use one of the kayaks that were provided and there was no cart to get the kayak there. Thus, we were unable to use it. If you have a pickup or can use the trailer it might work for you.

It was spacious, well designed, fully equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Its forest location was so beautiful and peaceful.
I’d query the 15 mins walking with kayaks…
