Modern, lovely layout

A little bit noisy as it’s in the centre but that’s to be expected on a Saturday night. Could have done with a full hand soap dispenser so we didn’t have to buy one for a short stay

Great apartment & would stay again

Lovely apartment overall. It was easy to access the keys to the property. Beds were really comfortable and the apartment was clean which is great. Hosts were great at replying to messages and really helpful.

Nothing really. The only slightly issues were that the apartment was a bit cold and it was difficult to change/turn up the temperate on the radiators but I managed to figure this out. Also, it seems there was only a bin in the bathroom which was inconvenient, definately need a bin in the kitchen at least too.

Great apartment, spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, and with a great location.

This was a terrific apartment - spacious, with lots of windows, beautifully furnished and decorated without being fussy, very clean, and centrally located. It's clearly a very old building; the hallways and stairs have a lot of charming details, but the interior of the apartment is quite modern. The kitchen/dining area is huge, with lots of room for us to spread out. And there were various thoughtful touches: plenty of electrical outlets, an electric towel drying bar in the bathroom, and a dishwasher. I confess that when we arrived we'd been traveling without sleeping for about 24 hours, and asked a lot of dumb questions - but they were very patient with me. When I couldn't figure out how to open the lockbox with the keys, I called the number I'd been given and, without too much ado, found somebody who told me (in English, no less; my German isn't very good) what I was missing. (I had to push a button on the right side, as well as the left. Duh.) Later, I texted and asked for the WLAN password - only to discover that it was in a folder on the dining table, exactly where I should have expected it to be. This was our first stop in Austria, and I loved it.

Unterkunft zentral gelegen und räumlich in Ordnung.

TV Programme waren nicht verfügbar. Die Betten haben extrem geknarrt. Jedes Mal umdrehen extremes Knarren. Wahrscheinlich sollte der Lattenrost erneuert werden. Der Hauseingang bzw. die Stiege in das OG ist nicht wirklich ansprechend, v. a die Beleuchtung.

Schöne Wohnung, mitten in der Stadt...

Lage Mitten in Bregenz...

Temperatur im Appartment schwankte zwischen 20 und max 21,8 Grad im recht kühlen Dezember wobei es in der Wohnung auch genügend Decken gab wenn einem wirklcih zu kalt war.

Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Geräumiges Apartment mit großer, bestens ausgestatteter Küche. Tolle Lage direkt in der Innenstadt von Bregenz, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Der Zugang (dunkler Flur, steile Treppe) ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Bad ist schon etwas abgewohnt, Sauberkeit okay. Bei uns hat die Heizung nicht richtig funktioniert, obwohl die Wohnung kalt war. Abends saßen wir mit Decken da, morgens fing dann die Heizung an zu laufen..... Wie angegeben gibt es keine Parkplätze am Haus, der empfohlene öffentliche Parkplatz war ziemlich teuer.

Wegen nächtlicher Lautstärke in der Nachbarwohnung sind wir einen Tag eher abgereist.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung.

In der Wohnung direkt über dem Schlafzimmer war sehr laut: Dauerndes Hin- und Herrennen wahrscheinlich eines Kindes ab 6 Uhr morgens und abends oft bis Mitternacht. Die Bewohner dieser Wohnung öffneten nicht auf unser Klingeln. Wir sind einen Tag vor dem gebuchten Zeitraum abgereist.

KATASTROPHE!!! Weil keine Erholung!!!

Das Team von STS Tourismus war SEHR bemüht, das Internet-Problem mit dem Wohnungseigentümer zu klären - leider OHNE Erfolg.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, sollte diese Wohnung meiden! Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ist unmöglich! Die direkte Lage am Anfang der Fußgängerzone „beschert“ nicht nur tagsüber sondern auch in der Nacht ununterbrochen Störungen durch Unterhaltungen (laut und „normal“), Gegröle und Schreierei sowie auch Gesangseinlagen verschiedenster Gruppen auf dem Weg von oder zu den umliegenden Lokalitäten und Aufenthaltsplätzen. Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes (1 Woche) stand kein Internet - damit KEIN WLAN oder Fernsehprogramm - zur Verfügung, da der Besitzer der Wohnung offensichtlich Probleme mit dem Internet-Anbieter hatte!?

Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt und nah am See

Die Lage war fantastisch, besser geht es nicht. Die Räumlichkeiten waren groß und hell und die Ausstattung war auch gut bis auf die Tatsache, dass Eierbecher gefehlt haben. Die Schlüsselentnahme hat prima funktioniert, wir konnten sogar schon eine Stunde früher in die Wohnung. Man kann übrigens keine fünf Minuten entfernt auf dem großen Parkplatz Seestadz an der Großen Straße am Wasser für 7 € 90 pro Nacht parken.

Es hat wieder der Fernsehempfang noch das WLAN funktioniert. Und auf Nachfrage konnte uns nicht weitergeholfen werden, weil wohl der Hausmeister im Urlaub war und der Techniker auch nicht weiter wusste. So haben wir zum Teil Fernsehsendungen gespiegelt und dabei viel Datenvolumen verbraucht.

Der Aufenthalt war positiv, meinen Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz entsprochen.

Sehr schönes helles renoviertes geräumiges Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und funktionaler Einrichtung ohne Gebrauchsspuren. Die Fenster halten den Lärm draußen. Das Gebäude ist alt mit knarrender Holzstiege in einem dunklen engen Stiegenhaus das allerdings mit einer Leuchte mit Bewegungsmelder ausgestattet ist. Perfekte Lage im Zentrum.

Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war sehr locker.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Angebot!

Es ist ein sehr hübsches Apartment, gut ausgestattet ,gemütlichlich,in bester Lage und mit sehr freundlichen,hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern,die ein auftretendes Problem sofort lösten.

Das Einzige,was uns negativ auffiel,war das Vorhaus,das wirkte etwas ungepflegt,aber kaum öffnet man die Wohnungstür,ist alles perfekt.
