Great location but expect the bare minimal in this apartment.
Great location. Decently clean. Facilities were okay.
Smoke smell in the room when we first entered (figured out that the smell came from people who smoked below the apartment). Non-existent customer service, was not even answered to when we asked a question via message & calling went to voicemail.

Water pressure a bit low, gentlemen’s club entrance a bit close, dish washer door broken (it falls towards you and is very heavy).

eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen bis auf die Mediensituation
zentrale Lage, bis auf Freitags/Montags Morgens sehr ruhig, hell, geräumig, ansprechend dezent möbliert
der nicht funktionierende Fernseher bzw. streaming Dienst, leider trotz freundlicher Rücksprache keine Instandsetzung.Die Matrazen waren uns viel zu weich, die Polster unbrauchbar, aber das nehmen wir in Kauf. Schön wäre eine Teekanne oder große Teehäferl, nicht jede/r trinkt Kaffee...und eine zumindest händische Zitronenpresse...der fast verstopfte Waschbecken Abfluss im Bad, hinter der Garderobe im SZ Unmengen an Staub, nachdem eine Münze hinunterfiel sichtbar...
