We absolutely loved our stay at Yasmin Eco House. It is the perfect place if you value privacy, nature, and a peaceful atmosphere. The house blends beautifully with its surroundings, and you can really disconnect from the busy world. A wonderful eco-friendly experience with a warm, authentic Zanzibar feeling.

The house is beautiful, peaceful, and full of tropical plants and fruit trees, creating the feeling of a small jungle. It is located on a quiet hill, only a short walk from the beach, offering both privacy and relaxation. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and full of character. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. What made our stay especially memorable was the hospitality. The host shared local recommendations and helped us discover the real Zanzibar beyond the usual tourist attractions. We highly recommend Yasmin Eco House to anyone who loves nature, tranquility, and authentic local experiences. We would happily stay here again.

Gute Lage, bei einheimischem Fischerdorf, wenig Infrastruktur. Eigener Garten/Terrasse

Am ersten Abend wurde uns ein Abendessen angeboten, wir waren pünktlich zurück nur der Koch kam nicht. Am letzten abend ist im Badezimmer (aufgrund Regenfälle) der Abfluss übergelaufen. Die Klima funktioniert nur am ersten Tag. Es war etwas modrig in der Unterkunft, da im allgemeinen das Klima feucht/warm war.

I'm so grateful to have had Yasmin as a host! As a solo female traveller, I really appreciate the way she really looked after me in terms of hosting me.

My only real quibble was the noises coming into the chalet preventing me from sleeping well. I am a light sleeper, though, so it probably wouldn't affect most people!
