About this villa rental
In our beach villa with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean, up to 10 people can spend their vacation directly on the beach in four rooms. From every bed in the house you have a fantastic view of the turquoise blue sea!
The house, located directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Zanzibar, has two apartments with separate access and their own veranda. From the veranda you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Indian Ocean.
The upper apartment: 2 people per room, each room has its own shower bath with hot water and its own refrigerator, an outdoor kitchen with basic equipment, the sunset roof terrace, additional large roof terrace with a view of the turquoise blue sea and the beach and not only for kite surfers beloved sandbar. Each spacious and well-kept room has its own shower room, one of the rooms has its own balcony. The spacious roof terrace allows plenty of privacy. An outdoor kitchen is available. Food can be prepared on request. The rooms can be rented individually or together as an apartment. Of course you can also request the entire house. Please mark this directly with your first request. Breakfast and lunch / dinner can be prepared on request at an additional cost.
The lower apartment has two bedrooms with sea views and is suitable for up to five people, a bathroom, a large lounge and a kitchenette. On the wooden veranda you can enjoy the view of the beach and the sea. This apartment is ideal for families with small children. A cot can be provided on request. Children are welcome!
A kitesurfing school is located at the end of the sandy beach. Despite the tides, there are very good conditions thanks to a sandbar reaching into the turquoise blue sea.
Getting to know Zanzibar and the people: The proximity to the village not only offers protection, but also the opportunity to participate in the life of the villagers and thus experience Zanzibar, its culture and ways of life. The house is looked after by selected villagers who provide access to family life. Thanks to the special rental concept, the income flows into the standard security of the house, but also into social projects of the village and the training of some villagers. Several shops and restaurants are in the vicinity. The bus also stops nearby. Our local cooperation partners are available for excursions in and around Zanzibar, as well as rental cars for your arrival. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Jambiani. The house is very well kept and perfectly located in a quiet, peaceful part of Jambiani, while still being within easy walking distance of many great local restaurants. The nearby beach is absolutely beautiful and never felt crowded.A special mention must go to Sulei, who looks after the house. He is genuinely one of the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful people you could hope to meet. He is always available and happy to help organise anything you need, from deliveries and errands to laundry (guests don’t use the washing machine themselves, but Sulei does it for you).Breakfast can be cooked by a lovely lady who lives nearby and delivered to the house. Her breakfasts were excellent, and we were told she can also prepare other meals if requested.We stayed in both the upstairs and downstairs apartments. The upstairs has two comfortable bedrooms with fans and mosquito nets, plus a lovely outdoor veranda with sun loungers. Each bedroom has a small fridge, which is great for drinks, though food storage is limited if you plan to cook a lot. The downstairs apartment has a larger kitchen with a medium-sized fridge, two nice bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a small grassy garden.Overall, a fantastic place to stay with great hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

We had both apartments and had some memorable days filled with relaxation, beautiful views, and beachlife. Great house, very functional and with the best views you can imagine. Very nice outside area in the top apartment for sunbathing and hanging out in the evening. Gets hot in December, but with the fans and sea breeze it was all fine. It was great to be away from the tourist fuzz and relax in a very quiet beach area. Great hosts with responsive Kerstin, always very helpful Sulei on site, and with great breakfasts from Aisha. This is not a posh holiday listing with AC and generator, but works great if you can live without that. Highly recommended!

I spent a month here with a couple of my children and their friends. We had a fantastic stay. The location right on the beachfront is breathtaking. Jambiani is a good location, a number of restaurants to choose from and only 15 mins drive into the much busier Paje. The house is relatively simple but very comfortable, there is an upstairs and downstairs apartment which are separate. I preferred the upstairs one which has an open kitchen and eating area. We were very well looked after by Sulei who was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a visit.
