We had a great stay in Pristina! The location of the apartment was excellent – central, safe, and with available parking, which made everything very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the host was friendly and easy to reach.

The only downside was that our apartment faced the street, and due to the heavy traffic over the weekend, it was quite noisy at night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Other than that, everything else was great!

The property is amazing, parking and the service along with the cleanliness and the actual apartment which looks better than the pictures. Honestly all ways a pleasure to stay here.

The hot water is not great because the boiler has a limited capacity for water and therefore you get about 10-15 minutes of water so when sharing between 2 or 3 people it can be tough to shower and you have to time it differently

Everything,, location just in the middle of city. Staff was helpful and the apartment itself was warm like home also spacious and super clean and new.. definitely will book again when I go to Pristina

Sehr schöne moderne Einrichtung, sehr sauber bei Ankunft und liebes Personal. Apartment ist nicht direkt im Zentrum aber mit Taxi oder Bus sehr gut erreichbar.

Leider gab es etwas wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen, ein topf war angebrannt. Sonst alles top.

بصراحة الموقع استراتيجي بحيث بامكانك ان تنطلق الى اي مدينه اخرى من مكان الفندق وايضا الامان والخدمة والموظفين الاستقبال كانوا بشوشين وخدومين والشقه كانت متكامله بس ينقصها لو كانت بها غسالة ملابس بس من النواحي الاخرى كانت ممتازة وكل شي متوفر بالشقه والنظافه ايضا كانت ممتازة

Très bon séjour

L’immeuble de manière générale est bien entretenu, propre et nettoyé régulièrement. Le parking sous terrain présente également un grand avantage.

Globalement très satisfait de l’établissement, propreté à revoir dans l’appartement car à mon arrivée, il présentait pas mal de poussière mais rien d’alarmant. Lorsque nous réservons pour un certain nombre de personne, il serait plus simple si le ravitaillement en linge, coussin, duvet, etc. ait déjà été effectué afin d’éviter plusieurs aller-retours avec la réception.

Das Apartment war nicht schlecht

Wir hatten vom 21 Juli bis 25 Juli gebucht gehabt Haben von Anfang an das Große Apartment gebucht mit 95qm als war ankamen, steckten die uns in das 64qm Apartment wir sagten ihnen schau wir haben Sie extra das große Apartment gebucht da wir 3 Kinder haben. Die meinten nur wir haben kein großes mehr frei es, wir hatten 6 Monate im voraus gebucht aus Booking also kann nicht sein das sie keins mehr frei hatten die hatten es einfach jemand anders es gegeben. Wir sagten ok da wir das kleine Apartment haben wollen wir weniger bezahlen und nicht den gleichen Preis bezahlen für das kleine Apartment und in das 20qm kleiner wohnen. Die meinten wenn’s euch so nicht passt könnt ihr weg gehen einfach. Einfach eine Unverschämtheit wo sollten wir auf die schnelle mit 3 klein Kindern was Neues finden. Außerdem sollte mal die Polizei da mal vorbeischauen wer das alles eingecheckt wir waren 5 Tage da und wir haben gefühlt 30 Vollbärtige Araber gesehen die die ganze ein ein und aus gecheckt haben man konnte schon an das Aussehen erkennen das es Radikale Islamisten waren. Was machen so viele Salfisten im Kosovo und ganz besonders in den Apartments. Ich vermute das das Apartment einen Terrorismus Checkpoint ist und von da aus die salafisten in Moscheen in ganz Kosovo verbreiten wollen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Polizei da mal eine Razia machen und schauen was die Ganzen Araber da machen und aus welchem Grund alle da ein und ausgehen. Ich denke das Gebäude wurde von Extremisten aus Arabien finanziert und gebaut.

الشقة شبه جديده او مجدده والمبنى بشكل عام جديد. الشقة شرحة و واسعة. غرف النوم صغيره شوي.. بس ما يأثر. المطبخ مجهز بشكل ممتاز. الموقع ممتاز بسبب توفر كل شيء في المتناول من بقالات و مطاعم وغيره.

التكييف موجود فقط في الصالة. الغرف مافي حتى مروحة. في الصيف شوي تحتاج تلطيف جو. المصعد إلى الآن لايمكن طلبه من القبو.

Sicher Unterwegs und Home feeling

Es ist die Sauberste Unterkunft die mann Buchen kann. Reisen aus Deutschland Richtung Türkei,wollten einen Kurztrip in Kosovo machen,haben sehr spontan gebucht und sofort eine Bestätigung bekommen. Der checkin verlief reibungslos die Damen am Empfang ist sehr liebevoll und Verständnis voll. Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber. Das beste sie haben eine Tiefgarage,unser Auto ist sicher geparkt. Die Unterkunft ist mitten in der Stadt,ohne ein Auto kommt mann überall hin,eine sehr lebendige Straße aber dennoch ruhig und mann kann sehr schön ausschlafen. Vielen Dank für diese Unterkunft. Gerne würde ich noch ein Paar Tage hier verbringen. Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern.

الشقق ضيقه وخصوصا الصاله مكيف واحد في المطبخ يكفي لتكييف المطبخ والصاله اما غرف النوم فبعيده عنه مما اضرني للنوم على كنب الصاله لا يوجد منظفات والمواعين ناقصه ولا يوجد غسالة ملابس والحمام ضيق

Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, Parkplatz in der Garage vorhanden. Obwohl es auf der Hauptstraße liegt ist kein Lärm zu hören. Alles sehr hochwertig. Modern eingerichtet. Klima gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer, aber es war sehr angenehm auch ohne Klima im Schlafzimmer zu schlafen (wir hatten 38 Grad). War überhaupt kein Problem.
