We loved the location, private access to beach, fishing rods.
Maintenance for the outdoor chairs and bbq could be better. It was not that bad but could be better.

The view was awesome and close to fishing spot. Shower is clean and water pressure is strong.
Most cooking facilities were available but an extra frying pan will be good as the one available was quite scratched and the oven need some cleaning(hence we didnt use it). Would suggest that there should be some tissue boxes, paper towels, foils and baking paper available.
