Location was wonderful. Lounge area sofa and chairs very comfortable. Big beds with fine quality linen and large good quality towels. Pool great, kitchen great with dishwasher etc.

Minor point but some plastic glasses for the pool area would be a benefit.

I love the location BUT the property needs major structural renovations.

Location is excellent. I appreciate the fact that the hosts are continually upgrading things like the fridge, toaster, kettle, air fryer etc.

The bathrooms need serious renovations .... there was no hot water in the back bedroom, not in the shower, nor the hand basin. The doors leading to the patio and off the lounge are problematic to open. The toaster kept tripping the main power. The air conditioner in the main bedroom as well as the back bedroom did not work. This is the third time I have stayed at this property and the prices are now extremely high for what you get. The main window in the lounge, looking out at sea.....the wooden frame is rotting and breaking up, we couldn't close it properly because of this.

Excellent location . The house had everything you required for a great stay. It was very cold in the evenings and the fireplace was amazing. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor shower.

Having to activate and deactivate alarms and beams - but I guess it was necessary.

A perfect spot right on the beach

The setting is beautiful - right on the beach with a stunning view. The house is well equipped with everything you need. It is very comfortable and tastefully furnished for a beach house. It's close to the restaurants.

The one bathroom didn't have hot water - we think the gas ran out. But we shared the other bathrooms.

Loved the house and the pool. Loved the outside dining. Would love to come back. The best house we have ever holidayed in. Thank you.

Only slight suggestion is to change sun lounges and bench for comfortable outside seating set-up. The crayfish salesmen are a bit of a pain and struggle to take no for an answer.

Perfect family holiday, with the views to match.

The location was excellent and hosts went the extra mile to make sure that everything needed, including electric adaptors, hand wash and even beach toys were in hand. Wonderful space to have a get together and the area is delightful.

The wind was epic, but that’s not the hosts’ fault :) the pool was over chlorinated and burnt our swimwear. The various shutters need strong hands to operate and latch.

Lovely home - excellent location

The location is excellent. The house itself was awesome, lovely products, like Smeg kettle and toaster. Beds comfortable. Clean and neat. Nice size pool and wind protected outside area.

Although there are aircons in each bedroom we did not find that any of them worked optimally which makes me think that one would be pretty hot and uncomfortable in the heat of summer.

View and access to the beach couldn’t be better.

Excellent location, lots of space.

Pity the living areas are not a bit more open to the beach (bifold or sliding doors), but appreciate this is a more rustic property and this may not suit. Unfortunately the door between main en-suite and outside shower was stuck, so not as easy to make use of the shower.

Superb

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. The facilities and inventory were fantastic. Rented a few houses over the last few years in Paternoster, and the Beach House was by far the best rented home we have stayed at. everything that you require from a self-catering point of view was available in the house, in fact there was an abundance of cutlery, plates, cups, cooking utensils etc., which made the stay very pleasant. Highly recommend the Beach House.

Auf Grund des Pflege-Zustands der Unterkunft überteuert, aber mit sehr guter Lage

Das beste an der Unterkunft ist zweifelsohne die Lage direkt am Strand ohne Geh- oder Fahrweg zwischen Haus und Strand. Die Parkplatzsituation ist auch perfekt. Man kann direkt am Haus parken.

Sauberkeit im Haus, zum Teil Duschtüren ausgehängt, bzw. beschädigt, alle Fensterläden schließen sehr schwer, Auflagen der Liegen nicht sauber. Das ganze Haus ist ziemlich abgewohnt und braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Der Agent StayPaternoster weiß über das Problem und versucht den Besitzer dazu zu bewegen. Der lehnt aber ab und vermietet das Haus lieber so wie es eben ist. Die Folgen dieser Entscheidung sind an jeder Ecke im Haus sichtbar. Für uns war das Haus überteuert und wird unserer Meinung nach lediglich auf Grund der Lage vermietet. Wirklich schade.
