Ubicación fantástica,en el corazón de granada, terraza disponible sin salir del edificio para poder fumar y disfrutar de la fresca a la noche con unas vistas maravillosas ,Eskerrik Asko!
Falta de limpieza en el suelo,.Le falta un poco de cariño,arreglar la terraza que está totalmente abandonada,arreglar las luces de la terraza que están fundidas,y algo para el sol sería un gran detalle, Eskerrik asko!!

Muy céntrico. Buena instalación de aire acondicionado cosa que es de agradecer en verano en Granada.Muy céntrico y con autobuses que llevan a La Alhambra, al mirador de San Nicolas o al palacio Dar al-Horra…Muchos sitios para comer, tomar algo…a cualquier hora del día, bien aislado a pesar de que la calle está concurrida también a cualquier hora del día
Todo bien por poner algo negativo El portal olía mucho a ambientador mezclado con otros olores, no desagradables…pero para mí excesivamente fuertes. En mi familia no están de acuerdo…

L'emplacement est effectivement idéal pour aller à pied dans tout le centre, et visiter les monuments. des tas de restaurants à proximité, et un dépaysement garanti dès qu'on met le pied dans la rue ! Nous avons facilement récupéré les clés dans une boite à clé grace aux informations reçues plus tot par SMS. l'appartement était trés propre.
les inconvénients liés justement aux avantages cités ci dessus, à savoir que c'est un quartier quand même relativement bruyant, en raison de nombreux cafés et restaurants dans la rue en contrebas. de plus, nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement proposé dans l'annonce (pas de balcon). l'armoire et le lit aurait besoin d'un petit entretien également... et il manque la grille du four!
