Está todo muy nuevo y muy bonito. La ubicación es perfecta, si no te importa estar en medio de todo el follon del centro. A mi me encanta. Para dormir hay ruido por la calle toda la noche, pero como hay aire acondicionado puedes dormir con ventana cerrada perfectamente.
Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor, pero es un primero. Y de donde dejas el coche al apartamento hay una distancia considerable. El patio no es de la casa, es la zona común de la azotea del edificio.

L'appartement est cosy , très bien décoré , confortable et bien équipé
Malgré l'animation du quartier la journée, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par des nuisances sonores la nuit

In the heart of the old city, everything is within walking distance.
Well equipped kitchen, clean apartment. Communication with Joaquin was easy and he was responsive, we have received answers quickly to our questions.

The appartement was spacious and above a small busy street with tea houses, schops and restaurants. So the city centre is where you are at.
We went there for the weekend and it was very...very noisy untill deep in the night when sleeping in the room at the street side (the other bedroom was a little better) The airco was not really working like it should and had a weird smell. It should be checked. The roof terrace nice but not like on the pics. Parking the car was streets away at 5 minutes walking and not easy if you're not used to it. But we managed. Joaquin is a nice guy who shows you the way and responds quick on messages.
