Excellente situation, bel appartement.
Trop de choses un peu sales dans l'appartement : vaisselle mal nettoyée, taches sur lesmurs, odeurs d'égoût dans la kitchenette, deux petits cafards dans la salle de bains… Problèmes récurrents avec la climatisation.

Great location. Spacious room. Almost have everything for daily life. The host was very easy to communicate and very happy to help.
Located in a local community where shops are just down the street. Usually it tends to be noisy until midnight. For the room itself, some tiny problems need further attention. e.g. one of the towel was not clean, the air conditioner in the living room would automatically restart(with noise), the plastic cover of the toilet needs to be replaced(fixed)to avoid unexpected problems to any of the male guests.

The appartement was spacious and above a small busy street with tea houses, schops and restaurants. So the city centre is where you are at.
We went there for the weekend and it was very...very noisy untill deep in the night when sleeping in the room at the street side (the other bedroom was a little better) The airco was not really working like it should and had a weird smell. It should be checked. The roof terrace nice but not like on the pics. Parking the car was streets away at 5 minutes walking and not easy if you're not used to it. But we managed. Joaquin is a nice guy who shows you the way and responds quick on messages.
