Quelques rénovations sont à prévoir dans la salle de bain au niveau de la baignoire

Travelled with kids aged 6 and 8 . Good location in terms of walking into Angers and was quiet residential area. Beds comfy. All facilities worked with oven/hob/microwave and large fridge with small freezer compartment. Host communicated well via email prior to and during stay. Easy to use keycode to get keys out of lock. Stairs up to 2nd floor flat a bit steep when lugging a heavy case. Bedrooms upstairs with toilet next to kitchen so may not be easiest in middle of night if kids were much younger.

Out of the hosts control but parking is first come first served on nearby streets so did have to drive around a bit the first night to find somewhere to leave the car in a proper space (seemed as though the locals may have not worried about any traffic wardens but as were in a rental car didnt want to risk it!). Couple of superficial flaws in the DIY spotted but didnt detract from the apartment which served our needs perfectly fine for a 2 night stay after our trip round the surrounding theme parks in western France.

Emplacement , calme possibilité de faire des courant d’air en laissant la porte d’entrée ouverte !! Il faudrait vérifier l’état de fonctionnement du coffret à clefs à l’entrée en bas.

Escaliers raides et étroits pour accéder au logement, et aux chambres . odeurs de poubelles à l’entrée, manque un toilette à l’étage. Le plancher de la chambre de gauche en montant penche !!
