Location

The apartment is just 4 mins from the Bergen station, very convenient when travelling to other destinations. There is enough heating equipments so we can keep the room warm easily. There are 4 proper beds so we can use one room per person to ensure having good sleep.

We find dirty duvet and pillows in the closets of every room, so those closets are not really usable. The general cleanliness is acceptable but the blanket on the sofa is dirty. No bin bag in the bathroom.

The location was very central. Overall, the property was clean and the living room/kitchen area was nice to stay in. There were multiple portable electric heaters, which were great for keeping the room warm.

The lockbox to retrieve the key did not match up with the description, because there was building work going on, which covered where it was. This made it unsafe to collect the key. The builders were helpful in finding the key. There was mould in the corner of one of the bedrooms. We could not find oven mitts when using the oven, meaning you were limited in using the kitchen facilities. Some rooms didn't have curtains or were held up flimsily that they could fall down. There were 4 beds. 2 of the beds were made for people to stay (bedsheets, towls, etc.). However, 1 of the beds was in a room without curtains. It's such a cheap, simple fix to sort out a proper curtain rail, that I feel greater care needs to be shown to the property. Some of the rooms, especially the living room, felt quite dark, with not enough lighting.
