Phos & Physis Luxury Villa

A fabulous modern villa located in a quiet village on a beautiful Greek Island. Loved everything about it. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious and comfortable. Views to the sea. Awesome sunsets. Local cafe and tavern serve great food. In fact we had the best dolmades at the tavern we have ever eaten. This was the most relaxing holiday we’ve had in years. 10/10 for accommodation and peaceful location.

The villa is beautiful, in a lovely quiet location, in a small village, high up in the hills above Assos. Superb accommodation, very spacious for 4 people, and a lovely outside area. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Excellent air conditioning, very quiet so no problem to leave on overnight whilst sleeping. Amazing views and sunsets. There is a lovely local taverna in Patrikata and a cafe in the neighbouring village. Beautiful coves within around 20-25 minutes drive and Fiscardo just slightly further. Pretty Assos is around 20 minutes away. Local supermarket approximately 10-15 minutes drive. It is in a great location for exploring the island. Dimitra from Kefalonia Dream Holidays, who look after the bookings, was fantastic, always available to message and so helpful, she also arranged a hire car for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful villa! Modern, spacious, well fitted, many appliances, eco friendly built, super clean, gorgeous pool area. As the 2nd guests to stay here there were a couple of teething problems but both the host (Dimitra) and the owner (Dionisis) went above and beyond to help. They could not have been nicer or more responsive. Great location to get to Myrtos beach and Assos, we used a taxi service to go to Fiscardo one evening which worked really well. It's a quite local village with a traditional family taverna. Amazing view and lovely breeze in the air. We hope to come back next year! Thank you :)

It's a quiet area (which we loved) but if you're looking for somewhere lively it's not. You do need a hire car if you stay here but we picked one up at the airport which was a good process.
