This apartment had everything one needs, and the pictures/description was accurate. Given how new it all is, everything was in good shape. Having AC was a nice bonus, given the high temperatures this summer, but it's well insulated, so we didn't use it during the night. Would gladly stay here again to do more bike riding in the area, or explore the Old Town or nearby Klöch vineyards.
The external storage area, where there was enough space for our eBikes was excellent! Only issue was that I had a hard time locking it due to misalignment of door/frame/lock. No real impact since we lock our bikes anyway and nobody knows the storage area is not locked....the owner was aware and planned to fix it.

Die Lage ist super, wenn die Baustelle gegenüber / neues Haus, fertig ist. Leider ab 7h Früh begannen die Arbeiter. Baustellen Lärm. Mit dem Fahrrad alles bequem in 10 Minuten erreichbar, See, Einkaufen, Zentrum.
Leider wollte die Putzfrau während meiner Ankunft..... reinigen kommen. Bei Abreise wollte die Putzfrau 1/2 Stunde früher Reinigen kommen, das machte mir Stress, war noch beim Frühstücken. Sie kam dann um 10.30h wie abgemacht. Bitte besser organisieren.
