Saubere Ferienwohnung, nette Vermieter, sehr ruhige Umgebung
Spartanisch ausgestattete Küchenutensilien, Teller/Bratpfanne aus Alu.... etc , TV mit Couch im Vorraum/Foyer, Duschkopf und Badezimmer- Wasserhahn gehörten entkalkt

Große Ferienwohnung, nimmt das gesamte Dachgeschoß eines Einfamilienhauses ein, in der Etage darunter wohnen die Eltern der Vermieterin. Sehr schön gepflegtes Haus und Garten. Absolute Ruhelage in einer Siedlung, man hört keinen Straßenlärm, keine Hähne, auch innerhalb des Hauses hört man nichts durch. Vermieterin hat die Wohnung früher selbst bewohnt, daher perfekt ausgestattet: Heizung, Klimaanlage, sehr gute Matratzen und Polster, Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern, bei denen das möglich ist (nicht bei Dachflächenfenstern). Geschirrspüler, 4 E-Herdplatten + Backrohr, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank + Gefrierfach. Dusche UND Badewanne. Viele Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung und Handtüchern, viele Steckdosen, viele Kästen und Kommoden, auch im Bad. Carport für das Auto, Fahrradgarage. Auf Bestellung bringt der Bäcker jeden Morgen frisches Gebäck. Schöne Radtouren ab Haus in alle Richtungen, bis zur Therme Bad Radkersburg sind es ca. 5 km. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Vermieterin und Eltern extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich gerne mehr als 10 Punkte vergeben!!
