Die Lage war optimal, besser geht’s nicht. Direkt hinter der Kirche, ruhige Seitengasse, gleich im Zentrum und wenige Gehminuten von der Therme entfernt. Die Gastgeber extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung.

Bürgerhaus Martinecz: Wir hatten als "älteres" Paar die Wohnung "D" im Erdgeschoss gebucht. Buchung, Übernahme, sowie überhaupt gesamte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Hrn. Martinecz, sehr professionell, und absolut reibungslos, immer kurzfristigst erreichbar. Erste Adresse für Ruhe Suchende mit Altstadtflair. Sehr liebevoll, und aufwändig restaurierte Gewölbewohnung. Günstigste ruhige, und doch zentrale Lage zur gesamten Altstadt, einfach optimal. Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Erstklassig ausgestattete Küche, was die Geräte als auch die Utensilien betrifft. Es fehlt einfach an Nichts. Gesamtes Mobiliar sehr wertig. WLAN/TV funktioniert klaglos. Sauberkeit hat hier absolut höchsten Stellenwert. Die Nachtruhe ist fast "unheimlich", total entspannend ! Betten sehr gut. Dusche/WC, gesamter Sanitärbereich Klasse. Beleuchtung und Ablagen TOP. Könnten noch Einiges und Vieles positiv anmerken, und weiter schwärmen. Abschließend : Preis / Leistung Hervorragend Unsere Weiterempfehlung 100%
