La proximité du parc Eurodisney et la tranquillité avec en plus un garage (normalement accessible)
Le garage n’était pas accessible car les précédents occupants ont emmené la télécommande et il n’y en avait pas de secours ! Dommage car le choix s’est porté sur ce logement du fait du garage privatif.

Casa perfetta per raggiungere disneyland in zona tranquillissima e servita da ogni genere. La casa è accogliente e completa di tutto!
Anche se non dipende dalla struttura, verificate nel periodo in cui soggiornate che la RER A sia aperta e funzionante altrimenti raggiungere il centro di Parigi è molto complicato e lungo. Il mio primo giorno con la rer A aperta abbiamo impiegato 40 min mentre dal secondo giorno con la rer A chiusa 1 hr e 40 con diversi cambi!!!

It was very close to Disney. 5 mins drive. 30 mins walk.
It was very hot which made it difficult to sleep well.

Чудове місце розташування, усі необхідні магазини поряд. До Діснея без проблем можна дістатись за допомогою Uber, гадаю метро тако ж можна, але не встигли спробувати. Усі необхідні вказівки по заселенню та парковці отримали на вотсап. Парковка підземна. Помешкання розташоване як раз зі сторони Діснея і ввечері можна дивитись на салют і дрон-шоу з вікна, якщо немає бажання чекати до 23 у самому парку.
Дуже скрипуча підлога, та дуже шумний туалет. Хоча все нове, але, гадаю, зекономили на матеріалах для підлоги і системі зливу. Якщо йти вночі у туалет, то, на жаль, чують всі апартаменти. Ще є зауваження по пилу на карнизах, проблема не є дуже суттєво, але кидається у очі.
