Worth the money

It was so clean, everythung smelled really nice. There was a parking spot which made everyrhing easier. The location is a little bit far from the city center, but there are local buses. We parked the car in a public parking in the city center so it was not that big of a deal.

The walls are a bit thin you can hear the other residents.

Exceptional!

We had a great stay in two apartments that fit our group of five adults and two children perfectly. The host was really quick to respond and made check-in and check-out super easy with clear instructions. The apartments were cozy and had everything we needed, plus free parking right outside which was really convenient since we came by car. The location is also excellent, just 10 minutes away from the city center and all the main sights. I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and worry-free stay!

"Luxury" in progress

The room is very nicely decorated. The A/C worked very well. The internet was reliable.

There is a construction site less than 2 meters from the other side of the wall. The construction starts at 7:00 AM every weekday. It was quite disappointing and somewhat deceitful that the owner accepted my reservation without making me aware of the active construction. Even earplugs couldn't shut out the noise and vibrations of the construction. Aside from this, the entire apartment building is under construction. I'm honestly not even sure the building is up to legal code given the fire sprinkler isn't installed. The hallways and stairs are full of saw dust and cigarettes from the construction. Lastly, you can't call this an "apartment" given there is no kitchen. The "kitchen space" is just a water boiler - no microwave, not even eating utensils. The bed is a pullout couch which was quite disappointed. If you're just staying for 1-2 days, you can make this place work - even though it's quite a far walk to downtown. I ended up staying 7 days which I wouldn't recommend in the building's current condition and noise level. The booking manager tried to move me to a different room which he called an "upgrade" and ended up charging me 10 euros more for, but which was so much worse than my original room that I insisted on moving back to my original room.

Smestaj hladan, i ako ima klimu, ne postize da ugreje apartman. Tv okacen na zidu, bez antene, icega i prijema slike, vazno da sluzi za dekoraciju zida i ulepsavanje stana. I ako ima i indukcionu plocu, to samo sluzi za ukras, jer ne radi i ne mozete da skuvate, spremite nista. Tako da ko zeli i voli da ode u ovaj smestaj, nek izvoli samo i uveri se u ovo sto sam ja pisao, ako ne veruje. Plus radnici napolju u blizini terase, izvode neke radove, tako da nemate mir ni za odmor, ali ko zeli, nek ide slobodno. Svako bira kako mu odgovara

Prelepo uredjeno, domacin ljubazan i savrsena lokacija

Idealna lokacija - u najblizoj okolini se nalaze stanice do svih ostalih delova grada, a zgradu je lako pronaci. Domacin veoma ljubazan, sve informacije oko prijavljivanja su bile obezbedjene i bilo je veoma jednostavno. Stan je bio cist, udoban i lepo uredjen, i imao je sve sto je potrebno i vise od toga, ukljucujuci i aparat za kafu :)

Preporuka putnicima koji imaju lak san da biraju stanove na spratu, jer se nekad nocu cuje kad ostali gosti ulaze u zgradu - inace sve odlicno :) kraj je zapravo miran i tih, pogotovo imajuci u vidu da je to prometni deo grada

Bien para una pareja, no para un grupo

El apartamento es nuevo o reformado, estaba limpio y para una pareja está bien. No está lejos del centro y en general ha varios buses a muchas horas que te dejan cerca.

Nosotros éramos 5 y era misión imposible ducharse. Por la mañana no sé si es que directamente no hay agua caliente, pero por la noche tenías que ducharte en dos minutos máximo para que el siguiente tuviera agua caliente. Aunque lo peor de todo sin duda ha sido, al tener que dormir en el sofá, las almohadas son cojines desplumados y el “colchón inexistente. Volvemos con dolor de espalda y sin haber pegado ojo ninguno de los tres días, porque el apartamento de al lado estuvo de fiesta los 3 días, hoy se han callado a las 05.44h de la mañana, así que un infierno básicamente porque no hemos podido dormir ninguna noche.

Für die 2 Nächte tipp topp ausser dem Fenster dass zum Schacht führt.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse/ Sitzplatz ein Highlight .

Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer ohne Tageslicht. Das heisst es hat ein Fenster dieses führt aber in einen Schacht. Die Wohnung war im Parterre und das Haus war 4 stöckig und der Schacht war über die ganzen 4 Stockwerke und oben natürlich geschlossen. Es konnte nicht gelüftet werden und so gab es keine frische Luft zufuhr. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, in der Nacht fehlte mir die frische Luft. Ich hatte eine verstopfte Nase und am morgen Kopfschmerzen. In der Küche haben die Geschirrtücher gefehlt.
