Obergeschoss mit Balkon und Oberlicht sehr hell und läd zum chillen ein. Man ist fußläufig schnell im Zentrum von Avola und hat auch sonst alles dicht beisammen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, modernes Bad und auch der Rest alles neu und modern
Keine Fensterläden zum verdunkeln (haben in Avola fast alle Häuser) sondern nur Vorhänge. Bett für unser Geschmack sehr hart. Zweites Schlafzimmer oben war leider verschlossen, deshalb konnten wir das nicht mal testen. Mit Fenster offen schlafen ist schwer möglich wegen Straßenlärm.

Zwei sehr schöne Bäder und eine wunderbare Terrasse! Nach technischen Problemen mit der Wasserversorgung gab es sofort Hilfe und als Entschädigung eine große Tüte mit frischen Zitronen und Orangen vom Papa!
Wer gerne kocht, dem fehlt in der Küche das nötige Equipment.
