Dimora Tre Soli

The apartment is beautifully designed across three floors. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a sofa and TV, as well as a toilet and washing machine; the first floor has the bedroom and bathroom; and the top floor offers another relaxing lounge area with a TV and access to a wonderful terrace. Each floor has its own air conditioning, and the rooftop terrace has a beautiful view over Avola-perfect for a relaxing evening. The entire house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and ideally located in the heart of Avola’s city centre.

There was honestly very little that we did not like. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is spread over three floors, so there are several stairs, but this was not a problem for us.

Appartamento sapientemente ristrutturato, appare quindi nuovissimo all’interno. Posizione perfetta accanto alla pizza principale. La differenza la fanno i proprietari, molto disponibili, ci hanno accolto con bibite fredde, biscotti, specialità locali. La casa è provvista di tutto il necessario. Perfetto!

Die Lage im Zentrum von Avola hat uns sehr zugesagt. Bäcker, Läden und Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung gab es leckere Mandelkekse und verschiedene Getränke. Die Ausstattung ist modern und bequem. Das Beleuchtungskonzept hat uns sehr gut gefallen, denn die Zimmer und der Treppenaufgang konnten sehr gut ausgeleuchtet werden.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr nett persönlich empfangen und uns wurden viele nette Kleinigkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Balkon war schön inkl. Beschattung. Avola ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und Parken war immer in der Straße / Innenhof möglich.
