Good location for tavernas, beaches etc.
Parking outside property.
Very well equipped kitchen
Spacious apartment.
It was very noisy. On day 4 refurbishment works started on the apartment above. Work started at 8am with banging, very loud drilling sawing etc. This went on for the remainder of our stay.
Workmen's vehicles were parked right outside our windows.
The outside space is not very nice, a concrete surface right next to where you Park your car.
The apartment is advertised as luxury, it is good but nothing about it is luxurious.

Ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Midden in het centrum en toch heel rustig! Dichtbij de zee, restaurants, bakker en winkeltjes. Fijne, gemoedelijke omgeving.
Je kan buiten zitten, maar je hebt er geen privacy, omdat er mensen die naar het water willen langs lopen.

The 2 apartments are on a quiet street near the beach. They are well equipped and we found the washing machine so useful as we only came with cabin baggage. We used the oven for baked feta which was a real treat.
We understood that we were to be met at the apartments as they knew which bus we were on from Samos town. We ended up having to ring which was a bit frustrating. If you check which apartment you are in, the door is open and the key inside! Also check about when the linen is due to be changed if you are there for a longer stay.
The information doesn’t tell you but you take all the rubbish to the bins which are just around the corner.
