Son derece temizdi. Konumu restoranların ortasında kalıyor. Balkon manzarası çok güzel. Biz sadece buzdolabını kullandık ama ocak, bulaşık makinası, kahve makinası, tost makinası tabak tencere bardak mevcut.

Tesis konum olarak mükemmel bir lokasyona sahip. Plaj tesisin hemen önünde. Restaurantlar bölgesinde. Otopark çok yakın park sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Odalar çok temiz tuvalet banyo çok temiz. Herşey mükemmeldi. Tesis sahibi Maria çok misafirperver ve çok yardımcıydı.

2 yıldır senede 3 kez bu evde kalıyoruz. Eksik bulduğumuz bir şey hiç bir zaman olmadı. Aile için çok uygun güvenli ve temiz bir yer. Lokasyon olarak kokkaride daha iyi bir yer bulamazsınız. Tüm cafe ve restaurantlar önünüzde. Gece dalga sesleriyle uyumak bir harika. Sabah balkonda harika deniz manzarasıyla kahvenizi yudumlarken kendinizi bir daha bu daireye rezarvasyon yaparken bulabilirsiniz.
Hiçbir eksik nokta yoktu.
