The apartment was really beautiful, modern, and very well located. However, our overall experience was disappointing because of several issues with the check-in process. The biggest inconvenience was having to collect the keys from a different location, which made the arrival more difficult than expected. The staff also seemed annoyed by our arrival time, even though we arrived at 3:00 p.m., the official check-in time. Despite this, the apartment was not ready. When we asked about the delay, the receptionist simply told us that it was “not his fault” that the apartment wasn’t ready, which came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. To make matters worse, when we finally arrived at the apartment, the cleaning staff were still cleaning the flat, and maintenance workers were repairing a broken bed. This meant we had to wait even longer before we could settle in. The apartment itself is excellent, but the poor organization of the check-in process and the lack of customer service significantly affected our stay.

Vista mare, ampi spazi esterni per parcheggi, casa grande, servizio wifi e cucina super funzionale.

La ubicación estaba cerca al mar

Le hace falta desinfectar porque encontramos cucarachas en cocina y lavabo. La televisión muy antigua no podíamos conectar las plataformas. Dejamos lo más ordenado y limpio Mobiliario muy escasos. No tenía microondas.
