Het appartement is op een prachtige plek, zeer dicht bij het strand. Je hebt direct uitzicht op het strand. Het is in een mooie villa met een kleine tuin. Geen verkeerslawaai. Er is een grote woonkamer annex keuken. Twee balkons. Een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, maar zonder deur. In de woonkamer staat een slaapbank voor twee personen.
De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor maaltijden. Badkamer met comfortabele douche. Alles is schoon.
Weinig last van geluidsoverlast door de buren. Over het algemeen was het er stil, behalve toen een familie met erg luide (Italiaanse) stemmen gedurende het weekend in de woning ernaast verbleef.
Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Rome. Er zijn twee treinstations in de buurt, elk op ruim 10 minuten lopen. De trein gaat elke 20 minuten naar Rome Ostiense, vanwaar je de metro kunt nemen. Of lopen naar de wijk Trastevere op ruim een kwartier lopen.
Het kantoor waar je de sleutels kunt ophalen is pal tegenover station Ostia Lido Centro. De sleuteloverdracht ging soepel.
Al met al een uitstekende locatie, redelijk veel comfort en veel ruimte.
Het grote aantal afstandsbedieningen voor de televisie was verwarrend. Het lukte mij niet de tv ermee naar behoren te bedienen..
In de keuken ontbrak een stop voor de gootsteen.

It is in a great location, close to the main square but far enough to hear nothing from the night noise. Big apartment with comfortable spaces in every room. Just can recommend it.
There was a washing machine but no clotheshorse, so it was hard to dry our clothes. And also a microwave would be nice to have.

Ottima vista fronte mare,un po' distante dal centro quindi per spostarsi serve comunque la macchina. Nel complesso soggiorno discreto solo per la vista.
Il tavolo fuori per fare colazione completamente arrugginito,letto e cuscini molto scomodi e "consumati" scarico del water non pienamente funzionante,vasta la presenza di crepe su i muri per tutta la casa,lavandino del bagno attappato,soffione della doccia anch'esso carico di calcare,lavandino della cucina Senza filtro quindi quando lo si apre schizza ovunque. Essendo un BeB e intero appartamento trovo assurdo che fosse totalmente assente di tutto,presente la cucina,ma non presente neanche un detersivo per piatti,cialde del caffè lasciate aperte e totalmente inutilizzabili,quindi se dovete fare soggiorni superiori ai due giorni sappiate che dovrete comprare tutti i beni necessari dallo scottex,al detersivo per piatti,alla spugna. Se togliamo la vista fronte mare non vale più di 40/50€ a notte.
