ARC 1950 - Appartement cosy et chaleureux - Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi, Piscine

The location was brilliant. Ski in ski out, next to the. Carrefour supermarket and opposite an amazing patisserie. The bed was comfortable There was a shower over the bath and plenty of hot water. The apartment was clean The bed linen was nice and the bathrobes lovely

The kitchen needs a sort out. There were some cracked mugs, a random selection of wine glasses, saucepans with wobbly handles. and a fridge which froze food. I accept we were probably unlucky about the latter ( and hopefully the fridge has now been replaced) but I think the rest was indicative of a kitchen requiring some TLC. I would say the agency responded very quickly to my complaints but I felt I shouldn't have needed to complain We booked for 2 people and confirmed this before our stay but despite this there was bedding for the sofa bed piled in the sitting room

Niets. De accommodatie was perfect en de locker ruimte was compleet vernieuwd

The attention to detail of the staff was exceptional. Any problem/issue was addressed with a solution immediately. The location was also exceptional and was truly ski in ski out with a great village feel.

The pool area was a bit smaller and more tired than we were expecting and when compared with other apartment facilities

L'agencement de l'appartement idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. La chambre des parents est bien séparée du salon où se trouve le canapé lit. La location est gérée par Twin Invest avec qui les contacts sont tops, ils sont très réactifs en cas de besoin. Le parking souterrain est très pratique, chaque résidence a son emplacement avec un ascenseur à proximité. Un casier à ski est à disposition par logement à l'entrée de la résidence. Tout est très proche aux Arcs 1950.
