Comfortable clean apartment in excellent location. Convenient ski locker room and lovely spa facilities

It was easy to communicate with the owner. The apartment is on the first floor of a complex run by Pierre et Vacances but is let privately by the owner. The complex was probably built about 20 years ago and is now a little 'tired' and dated but has an outdoor pool and a spa with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi which can be used by guests at no extra charge. The location is good with ski in/ski out via a room with ski lockers in part of the building and a 'Pisted' snow covered route through the village of Les Arcs 1950. The village has character, a number of restaurants/bars/shops and none of the buildings is high rise. The free navettes stop on the edge of the village.

Although the apartment has a good sized living room, the double bedroom is small for 2 people with minimal storage. It was perfectly adequate for one person. The bathroom has a shower above the bath but the water pressure is weak. The electric radiators work well. The kitchen is well equipped with the exception of chopping boards and instruction leaflets in English! TV channels in English were limited - Sky News no BBC. No washing up liquid was provided. There were no spare waste bags.
