About this apartment rental
This quiet duplex apartment with refined decoration is located on the 4th (top) floor of the very popular Prince des Cimes building, ski-in/ski-out.
Guests have free access to the residence's heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The residence also has a fitness centre, concierge service, 24-hour reception and luggage storage.
The apartment
The large living room, with fireplace, has a TV, a double sofa bed and comfortable armchairs. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 people at the table and the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge with a small freezer, oven, hob and all the necessary utensils and dishes. There is also a toilet and several cupboards on the first floor.
The apartment has a beautiful south-west facing balcony with table and chairs and a great view of the village and the mountains.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with cupboard and double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and storage space as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Facilities and services
Free WIFI access.
A closed ski locker is available on the first floor offering direct access to the ski slopes.
Bed linen and towels are included, the apartment will be cleaned on departure. The reception is open 24 hours a day in the building.
Cars can be safely parked in the underground parking lot (for a fee).

The village
Village Arc 1950 is a stunning pedestrian village facing Mont Blanc with a ski school, a ski lift office, a nursery and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Conveniently located just outside Prince des Cimes are a bakery and a small supermarket. Les Arc 1950 is part of the Paradiski area with 420km of skiing, for all levels, including access to La Plagne via the Vanoise Express aerial cableway.
Chambery Airport is 135 km away.

Lovely appartment in centre of Les Arcs 1950. Ski in - ski out. Clean, tidy, well equipped. Would recommend.

The apartment is big. Split over 2 floors, it was really nice for our stay. Had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the village. Communication from Richard was excellent. He sent us all the information in plenty of time and even answered questions we hadn't thought of. My only criticism, and it's a small one, the main bedroom could do with more clothes storage. But, the room was big, so we ended up using chairs. Overall, it was an amazing holiday, staying in a fabulous apartment. Thank you. :)

We had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment in 1950. Very easy to check in (even at midnight due to transfer issues) and the apartment had all we needed. Upstairs there are two warm bedrooms (comfy beds), bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs a great little kitchen, dining room and TV/relaxation area. Oh, and another toilet off the entrance hall. There is a great view out over the balcony to the skiers on their home run.The location is great. Just outside the front door was the boulangerie, and across the street the mini supermarket. And lovely restaurants all around. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great ski break.
