Staff had no idea of missing Sink we were mislead all week with false informations. we were a party of 10 with one sink. Apartment was filthy with dust

Tainted by the disappointment of the facilities

The village was excellent, restaurants, shops, ski school, everything was within a stones throw

If you’re reading this review the photos of the pool are only available to apartments with Princes Des Cimes in the heading. All the other apartment blocks have outside pools which are tepid. we stayed in Sources Des Marie whose pool is the smallest and was freezing. even the jacuzzi indoors was cold and reception blamed president macron for asking them to save power and refused to turn it up, it was 28 degrees at most. the spa also was disappointing as a family as they only allow children between 10&12 in the morning so pretty much unusable. talking to Maeva and reception was like banging your head against a brick wall, they’ve heard all the complaints before but refuses to update the description. the location is amazing, I’d stay again just don’t be fooled by the facilities, they suck! the real pool is in my photos, it’s tiny and cold

A good all round holiday, but beware coming here in peak periods.

The location was great. Good affordable local bakery. Facilities provided by the hotel were of good quality. Thanks. The property was well maintained, with a well stock kitchenette.

The noise on disco night was awful. One week a night you won't be able to sleep if your room overlooks the disco. Be really careful as if you have kids or want an early night and you pick the wrong day, you could suffer until at least 11pm or 12pm.

Excellent location, really helpful staff who went out of there way to help us.

It would’ve been helpful to have clearer instructions from maeva homes as to the location for arrival at the back of the property. we ended up in the wrong car park when the property had a really helpful reception at the rear.
