Gattoni Room by Rentbeat

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! De locatie was perfect: lekker dicht bij het centrum, maar zonder dat je last hebt van drukte of geluid. Het bed sliep echt heerlijk en de douche was ook top. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen was aanwezig, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Het personeel reageerde super snel en vriendelijk via de chat, wat erg prettig was. Het wifi-wachtwoord kun je eenvoudig via de chat opvragen. Al met al een fijne plek waar we zeker nog eens zouden verblijven!

Wanneer je het appartement binnenkomt, ruik je inderdaad een wat muffe geur. Dit is echter vrij normaal in Martina Franca en heeft waarschijnlijk te maken met de bouwstijl, waardoor er meer vocht in de huizen blijft hangen. Verder misten wij een buitenzitje. Dit was echter al duidelijk bij het boeken, dus geen verrassing. Voor de rest een prettig verblijf gehad!

Si sentiva odore di umidità.. e il bagno cieco senza riscaldamento era un po' freddo. Non c'erano bustine da thè ma solo cialde per il caffè. Pagamento anticipato della tassa di soggiorno senza ricevuta.

Tastefully decorated room, with a beautiful vaulted stone ceiling. Large bathroom and nice towels. Location was great as in the historical old town.

1. the communication from the host company was far too technical and complicated. It takes multiple steps just to obtain very simple info. Far too many emails. 2. the smell of drains when entering the property was unpleasant. After a while you do get used to it, but it's not nice initially. The infusers in the room did not improve the smell too much. 3. the only usable storage was stuffed full of extra pillows (always nice to have a choice of pillows, but still)... We stayed for 3 nights and had all our items in the case for the duration. There was a rail, but only 3 hangers provided. 4. very poor WIFI and kept dropping out. For some bizarre reason certain sites would be painfully slow or not work at all.
