We loved Martina Franca and it was a great base to visit the surrounding areas of Puglia : Albeberollo, Ostuni. Porta Blu was very comfortable with some lovely homely touches and the roof terrace was bonus.

A comfortable studio apartment , clean, well kept, with nice facilities, and a super roof top terrace area . The hosts were very attentive and friendly , and were keen for us to enjoy our stay. The location of the apartment in the centre of Martina Franca close to the Basilica and main squares was a treat.
The apartment is close to the centre and some bars , which play loud music late into the evening some nights.. Depending on your taste in music you may like it or not ! The apartment also has a very steep entrance stairwell and a similar steep stairwell to the terrace, which is in a way part of its character and charm. However, people with mobility issues may find staying here a problem. We are in our 70’s, pretty fit but managed OK and enjoyed our stay enormously.
