The hotel has a good location, the facilities were clean, the breakfast was fine, it has views of the pyramids, sphinx and a restaurant that serves local food at a good price. One of the entrances to the pyramids is next to the hotel.

The location is unbeatable. The hotel is directly in front of the Pyramids with an incredible view. The staff was friendly and tried to help whenever they could.
What I didn’t like: The hotel needs much better maintenance and cleanliness. The toilet in my room leaked dirty water every time it was flushed. I was also disappointed with the Nile cruise they arranged. After I paid, I was told the advertised luxury cruise was no longer available unless I paid an extra $500, and the replacement was much older and not the same quality. I believe guests should receive exactly what is promised.
