Cleanliness of the room was terrible. The pictures of the room compared to the actual room was by far misleading. View was excellent. The receptionist that welcomed us was not very nice and impolite. The guy who helped with the luggage was great, the guys at the breakfast were nice and polite.

The views from the breakfast terrace was fantastic. We could see the pyramids and the sphynx clearly and you can take nice photos with them on the background. The hotel however did not communicate well with Agoda and so they missed our reservation. They luckily had one last room available and we took it since it was already very late when we arrived, and we didn't have the energy to look for an alternative hotel. But we were charged more since we were then considered walk in guests. This was not unfortunate.

Amazing hotel with an unbeatable view of the Pyramids! 😍 Waking up and seeing the Great Pyramid right outside the window was honestly a dream. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the rooftop view was absolutely worth it. 🐪🇪🇬 If you’re visiting Cairo and want that iconic pyramid view, this place is definitely worth considering! ✨

Initially, they showed us a very poor room for our reservation, and then asked for an additional $100 per night for a better one. There wasn’t even a bar of soap in the room; despite having already paid, we ended up switching hotels.
