    From the moment we arrived at the Sultan Pyramids Boutique Hotel (directly across from the new entrance to the Pyramids), we felt embraced by genuine Egyptian hospitality. This property is not only beautifully appointed, but it is brought to life by the incredible team who made our stay unforgettable. Ahmed Elkheshen was the very first smile we encountered, greeting us with such warmth and professionalism. He went above and beyond by carefully planning all of our tours, ensuring that every detail was seamless. Ahmed also arranged our drivers with Omar and Ali, who took great care to keep us safe throughout our journey in this very busy city. Thanks to his dedication, we experienced Cairo in the most authentic and stress-free way possible. Chef Adel Mohsen elevated our stay with meals that were nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was presented with artistry and tasted even better than it looked. His consistency in delivering professional presentation and exquisite flavors made dining at the hotel a highlight for us every day. Sam, our tour guide, was outstanding. He was friendly, kind, deeply knowledgeable, and speaks very clear English. He brought Egypt’s history to life with unmatched expertise. Sam shared hidden meanings behind every sculpture and artifact, enriching our journey with stories and insights that made each site unforgettable. His passion and wisdom transformed sightseeing into a profound cultural experience. Sam is a must-hire to guide you through your adventures while in Cairo. Hany, the Bellman, deserves special recognition for his attentiveness and kindness. He was always ready to assist with our luggage, and what touched us most was how he waited out front for our return each day, eager to escort us back to our room. His thoughtful presence made us feel cared for and welcomed back after every adventure. Our one concern was that outside the hotel we felt unsafe at times, having to have someone with us constantly to avoid being scammed. While this made us cautious about our personal safety, the hotel staff’s care and attentiveness helped ease those worries whenever we returned. Together, Ahmed, Chef Adel, Sam, and Hany embody the spirit of Egyptian hospitality, with warmth, graciousness, and deep professionalism. Their efforts made our stay into a cherished memory, and we cannot recommend the Sultan Pyramids Boutique Hotel highly enough.
