Room was clean and comfortable. 24 hour front desk. Tea and coffee provided. Fridge with water.

Location is perfect and near the airport and many other supermarkets and local restaurants.
Booked a Deluxe Family Room with one double bed and one single bed and paid the price of that at the property and reception didn’t mention any changes but received a two single beds which was very uncomfortable for us to stay with a kid. After seeing the room asked about it from the reception and they simply mentioned they are fully booked and can’t do anything about it. Couldn’t even offer an extra pillow.

The staff were nice. The building was pretty new, they provided water. The driver who took us from the hotel to the airport took a good, easy route to the airport and he was pleasant and spoke English
Needs better maintenance. For instance,our grandson’s room had flashing lights that wouldn’t stop. Whatever they did to finally make them stop caused the air conditioner to stop working. So at 2 am they had to come fix it so he could sleep. Our room was fine but the toilet seat was loose, and some of the fixtures in the shower and sink were broken. The ride from the airport to the hotel was on winding, bumpy back roads that were uncomfortable and took longer than expected.
