I booked an economy single room with no photos available. I expected a small, basic room, but not one where I couldn't even move around normally. The room was on the top floor with a heavily sloped ceiling. There was barely 30 cm between the bed and the bathroom entrance. I couldn't enter the bathroom without bending, stand comfortably at the sink, or stand upright in the shower — and I'm not even tall! To make matters worse, there were no towels in the room. The electronic door lock had been replaced with a physical key cylinder, while the original card reader remained in place. Even using the key, I couldn't unlock the door without help from hotel staff. When I requested a room change, the only option offered was significantly more expensive. For the final price, I could have booked a much better room at a nearby hotel. Economy should mean basic comfort, not the absence of it. The lack of photos and disclosure of these serious limitations felt misleading. Overall, a frustrating experience that left me feeling taken advantage of.

Affordable price, easy to get to by bus (2$!), clean and comfortable - what more could one ask for? The nightshift receptionist was super helpful and friendly - a big thank you again to him. 😊🙏😊 Bus H-6 leaves at stop #2 from the bus stop on the lower level of the airport and goes to çardsktepe, and from there it’s a nice little walk to the hotel. I did that at midnight and in the late morning, and felt safe and comfortable. I had a room on the top floor. Lovely view from the balcony! It’s small but cosy and has everything one might need, including electric kettle! I’ll probably connect through IST in the future, and when doing so will stay at *** again…
