The rooms were cleaned but there’s no hot water in the shower and they had to charge for early check in even tho the rooms were empty

Staff are friendly and approchable.
Quiet and safe to stay.
The only thing I don't like was the toilet and bath facilities. Firstly need a curtain for the bath tub and rails for the clothes and floor mat etc...
Otherwise all ok room enough space.

Our stay was pleasant. It was family friendly and within walking distance from variety of restaurants. Room was cozy and clean, with an amazing views of the city. Thank you so much for having us!
