    Very happy with our stay. There was a lift though small, staff spoke good English, location great with access to lovely food (Cagri restaurant two doors down had great wraps and pizza). Staff helped us with taxis and just the quality of service and facilities was a notch higher than other places we'd stayed for the same price.

    We stayed here before our flight back to Kuala Lumpur. The room and amenities were ok. A few eateries nearby which is reachable by feet. Take a walk through the area, you might find yourselves lucky to see such beautiful sunsets.

    Booked this hotel due to the IHG brand reputation and proximity to Istanbul Airport. Unfortunately, our stay from 15–16 August was ruined by non-functional room facilities and hostile morning customer service. Our TV had no signal during the night. When reported early the next morning, a technician spent almost 1.5 hours in our room trying to fix it, but ultimately failed and said nothing could be done (attached photo shows the non-functional TV). No apology or room adjustment was offered. To make matters worse, the morning front desk staff member, Borek, refused to honor the complimentary breakfast extended to us by the night front desk manager as a first-time welcome and IHG loyalty gesture. When I politely explained the situation, Borek was exceptionally rude, refused to listen, and demanded €60 (€15/pax) before letting my family enter. When I asked him to call the night manager or duty manager to verify, he refused, claiming they were unreachable. He treated us with total suspicion and disrespect. We didn't need their meal, as we had lounge access and flights back to Asia shortly after, but his hostile attitude and complete lack of service recovery were unacceptable. Highly disappointing experience for an IHG-flagged property.
