Hands down the filthiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever set foot in. I booked a double room for sole use, but they dumped me in a twin room that wasn’t even cleaned. There was a dirty blanket left on the bed, and when I complained, the staff member told me to “just use the other bed” because they had no cleaners available. Absolutely vile. When I said I had paid for a clean room, she shrugged it off and told me I was “only staying a couple of hours.” That sums up the attitude here — zero respect for guests, zero standards of hygiene. The only decent person I met was an Iranian lady who started her shift later; she was professional, apologised for the filthy room, and clearly knows how to treat guests — unlike her colleague.

On the booking it said breakfast included, confirmed it at check in too, but in reality all we got was a cup of tea. Couldn't even get coffee. Glad this only was a layover stay.
