A biig thank you to Fatima the housekeeping, to Aziz the service agent, for the help and the great service they provided,
Not to forget reception stuff is very professional.
Thank you for the stay.
Overall great experience, just the part where the hotel is a restaurant open to the public as well, I hope they select more the customers for it .

Wonderful breakfast, wonderful restaurant with excellent food. I really enjoyed the chicken tajine. The room was quiet and comfortable. The courtyard was lovely and lush. The location was very easy to find since it is on a main road and the taxi can drop you right in front. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me get a taxi when I needed one, and a porter with a cart when I had to move to another area in the medina.
Soap could have been provided in the room. I had to buy some. Also, I left a plug adapter in the room, but the staff did not collect it when I messaged them asking if they could find it for me.

Good location.
The hotel is in a restaurant, which wasn’t clear from the ad. It was loud, and not comfortable, so wouldn’t stay again. People kept trying to walk into our room from the restaurant.
