Spacious private villa in Central location ideal to see the Island with street and garage parking. Naxxar has choice of restaurants. Great outside space with pool and fruit trees. Hosts communication was excellent.
Some minor repairs needed; kitchen tap loose, locks are tricky. Too much furniture and some of it broken. The main road is noisy and I needed ear plugs to sleep.

The pool was great. Nice, large and with enough sunbeds
The interior of the house is deteriorating. Laminate flooring is loose, kitchen cabinets are old and need force tomooen. Locks on doors need force to open/close. Most of the lights are not working. Electrical boxes not closed to all wiring is open (in pool area)

Location and size of villa was good, pool was great and outside seating areas we good.
Villa was tired not everything worked wouldn't take much money to repair and make it lovely once again. Outside stairs lethal as air-conditioning units leaking onto them making them slippy, no side rails on stairs to would worry about younger children.
